Το Θ’ Δημοτικό Σχολείο Πάφου, «Κουπάτειο», βρίσκεται στην ανατολική είσοδο της πόλης της Πάφου, πλησίον του Παφιακού Σταδίου. Είναι κτισμένο στη Λεωφόρο Καρχηδόνος, σε γη που παραχωρήθηκε από τον Σάββα Κουπάτο, πρώτο Διευθυντή (1963-1967) του Β’ Γυμνασίου Πάφου (σημερινό Λύκειο Κύκκου). Ανήκει στην ενορία Παναγίας Παντάνασσας. Το σχολείο μας ανεγέρθηκε υπό την αιγίδα της Υπάτης Αρμοστείας του Ο.Η.Ε. για τους πρόσφυγες. Εγκαινιάστηκε επί προεδρίας κ. Γιώργου Βασιλείου, από τον έντιμο τότε Υπουργό Παιδείας, κ. Χριστόφορο Χριστοφίδη, στις 11 Μαΐου 1991. Πρωτολειτούργησε τη σχολική χρονιά 1987-1988.
