Dear teachers and students,
We are getting ready to welcome all schools, old and new members of the largest School Radio and Podcast community in Europe can actively participate by producing broadcasts in the rich radio program of European School Radio which is changing this year.
The start of this year’s radio year finds us with a new website, developed in the European program “Social Radio 2.0: The European School Radio & Podcasting Community for Active Citizenship Education”.
Educators and students can register, create podcasts, and upload radio broadcasts in an even more engaging environment that lends itself to Social Media. Interaction and Communication between our members is what we wish to facilitate so that new collaborations for joint radio & podcast projects are constantly being created.
Plan your lessons with ESR, prepare your radio teams, set up your venue, and rehearse recordings, and once the new platform is live, you can upload your shows. We’re looking forward to hearing you live on the air of the First Student Radio on December 19, 2023, thus inaugurating the new infrastructure and celebrating the 12th birthday of ESR and the 10th anniversary of the founding of our Scientific Society! There will also be an online briefing for all our members, where we will present the new platform and the opportunities it offers.
We have prepared a poster for you! Download it, print it in A3 size, and add your own info! Post in a prominent place in your school.
“Make It Heard 2024” Contest
New theme for this year chosen from your own answers. Teachers and students showed us the way to this year’s competition and “The power of friendship” will come to join voices so that the message of the collective can be heard even louder.
