-The Primary School Αgiou Georgiou -Vrysoulon –Acheritou is one of the seventeen Schools of the Free District of Famagusta, one of the smallest schools in the area of Kokkinochoria. It is located in the countryside at a distance of 30 Km from the city of Larnaca and 12 km from the occupied Famagusta. It is built in the refugee settlement of the village, next to the church Agios Demetrios. Very close to the school it is also the Public and Community Kindergarten of Vrysoulon, the Community Council of Acheritou and other Community Services. In the courtyard, there is also the chapel Panagia Soumela, built in 2000. In the courtyard of the School there is a futsal court which belongs to the Community, but is also used by the school. The Event Hall “Pefkios Georgiadis”, built in 2008 and inaugurated in December 2011, is also used by various cultural or other organized groups of the Community.
