Production: The Ticket (To Eisitirio)
Description:
Our school is the Middle School of Pentavrysos in Kastoria, a border prefecture in Western Macedonia, Greece. “The ticket” is our short breath of creativity after the global difficulties that we all faced due to the pandemic. In other words, this song is a motivation to express our feelings with our dreams as a compass. This song was created after a beautiful process of recollection, contemplation, and exploration of emotions around the concept of “travel”, literally and metaphorically. The complete work is the result of a collaboration between the students and our music teacher, Dorothea Michail, who motivated and coordinated the team during the rehearsals. The recording and mixing was done in our school’s music classroom by the teacher herself. The video clip that accompanies our participation is inspired and created exclusively for this competition (all shots are recent and original).
The children that participated are: Lazarou Kalliopi-Eleftheria, Boulgouri Anna, Pavlou Alexandra (soloist), Triantafilidou Despina, Chrisafi Ioanna-Grigoria, and Alatzoglou Stiliani.
