Friday 10 November 2017

Welcome by Vasilis Gkamas (CTI)

First Work Session

Νίκος Yagoulis (ESR) presented the project developments until September 2017 and also the outputs by ESR (I.O. 2,3,4).

Vasilis Gkamas (CTI), presented the outputs (I.O. 3 mainly) by CTI and concentrated on the Web Radio Platform development.

Anastasia Economou (CPI), presented the outputs (I.O 4 & 5) and discussed the future developments with all partners, especially with the school partners.

Efi Liokou (AAU), presented their final outputs of I.O. 2 and discussed details on them with partners, structure and content of the deliverables and also the issues involved with the “visual impairment elements” of their study and for the platform.

Giorgos Kolokotronis (AGL), presented the school’s involvement with the project and the educational scenario they have produced and also dissemination activities.

Virginjia Levanauskaite(KJL), presented the school’s involvement with the project and the educational scenario they have produced and also dissemination activities.

Anastasios Vafeiadis and Eleni Cheimariou (PLM), presented their school involvement in the project, their educational scenario and the actions that will propose to partners in order to find extra schools from their countries. Vafeiadis also discussed with the partners the “sustainability study” and its structure and content.

ACTIONS: All partners were committed to their involvement in the Platform final delivery and also to the remaining I.O. 4 and 5 and also provide some insights on the sustainability study. Schools will find new partners from their homeland countries in order to expand the school involvement in the project and PLM will coordinate this effort.

 

2nd Work Session

Kostas Giannopoulos (programmer) from CTI presented thoroughly via SKYPE the part of the Web Platform as developed by CTI and discussed with the members of the meeting improvements and questions.


3rd Work Session

ESR, with Notis Genitzes and Orestis Daniilidis (programmer) presented thoroughly via SKYPE the part of the Web Platform as developed by CTI and discussed with the members of the meeting improvements and questions.

 

The first day finished with the conclusions for the day. Actions: All partners were committed to their involvement in the Platform final delivery and also to the remaining I.O. 4 and 5 and also provide some insights on the sustainability study. All partners committed to do the testing for the Web Radio Platform starting from next week according to a testing plan/guide provided by CTI & ESR.

Work Session

 

Present: –All Partners

During this quick session, partners discussed the dates and organisational details on the the Events that will take place in Spring 2018 and the possibility of organising an extra coordinators’ meeting in 2018; in addition, extra attention was given to the 5th School Radio Festival that ESR organises in Trikala. All partners were committed again to do the testing for the Web Radio Platform starting from next week according to a testing plan/guide provided by CTI & ESR.
