Description:
Every country, every building, every man has its own history. And every history is a description of people, regions and relationships. The history of our school begins fifty years ago, in 1973., when the construction of Travno began (new district in Zagreb). It was officially opened on November 25th and named after Gustav Krklec, a Croatian writer. Today the school counts 597 students and 90 employees. At school, students can participate in many extracurricular activities, from sports to the arts. The school is proud to hold the title of an eco school, which means that the students, together with the teachers, arrange the environment around the school and promote environmental awareness. Our school is very colorful, versatile and open to many projects and collaborations.
