“Evangelismos” is a Public Special Schools which accommodates the needs of students between the ages of 3 up to 21. It is located in the suburbs of the capital of Cyprus, Nicosia, in Geri County. The school offers a plethora of educational and therapeutic programs: Special Education, Adapted Physical Education, Swimming, Pre-Vocational programs (such as car-washing, gardening, recycling, etc), Inclusion programs, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Music Therapy, Hydrotherapy, Hippotherapy, Therapeutic Horse Riding, etc. All students have their own Individual Educational Program which is written by their teachers along with their therapists, to meet their special educational and therapeutic needs.
