Description:
The words of the song were pondered by the children of the Private Kindergarten Karaiskos Stavroula and edited by Ms. Daphne Saragiotis.
The children watched pictures, videos and of course visited forests where they also planted trees to get a complete picture of what the forest is, what it offers and the dangers it poses. Through classroom discussions, they had the opportunity to reflect, formulate hypotheses and conclusions, and express their need for the whole world to know that forests are at risk. Instructed by kindergarten they decided that by singing “Reforestation” people will learn to care for and respect the environment in which they depend. The lyrics came out of everything those kids want to say to adults!
