The perfect world is not possible
And I know this from personal experience
Because we might be heading towards something positive
In the end it is an inevitable tragedy
Tell me how are you
I’m not fine
Because while yesterday was beautiful, now I’m not well
They told me your wounds will heal slowly but I know they can’t really feel me
Sirens were heard at night
As soon as we saw the projectors we closed the curtains
My mom said no speeches
And immediately we heard footsteps from Arvyles
They kicked the door into a thousand pieces
Luckily I caught on and hid in the closet
First screams then dead silence I jumped out of the window and ran away
After two days I reached the border
There were openings in the wires, so I dug them out
I started running again faster than before
And as I ran I felt like bending over
I remembered my mother that I had left behind
I would give anything to be here to kiss her
Oh, what I wouldn’t give to go home
Oh, what I wouldn’t give to talk to her
My leg started to hurt a lot
And the icy wind pierces my heart
The bombs made the night light up
The sun will disappear, it will not rise, it will not set
Out of the corner of my eye I saw a small child
I approached him and spoke to him in a sad voice
I told him that we will build a world together
So that this pain is not repeated
All you will see are big smiles everywhere
And let’s all enjoy the sun, life
Smells of flowers in the countryside all around
The sound of waves crashing against the shore
The streets will be filled with sweet melodies
People’s eyes will be filled with tears of joy
Friends will talk and tell stories
And the laughter will be heard from miles away
This is the world we deserve and want
This is the world that rightfully belongs to us
If we try we can fix him
Let there be no loss, let there be no sorrow.
