On the foothills of Mount Pentelicus, Ursuline Greek-French School aims to be a nursery for free and creative minds. Taking as a starting point the Greek and French civilisations, teachers and students discover the world together. For this year’s radio productions for European School Radio, students of Grades 3,4,5, and 6 have focused on issues concerning our Greek cultural heritage. They refer to antiquities trafficking. They also talk about an old piece of jewellery that reminds us of our mum’s or grandparents’ memories, as well as of other eras and auras.

Old piece of jewelry
An old piece of jewelry, golden or in Greek motifs, worn by mum’s fine hand, takes us to other eras, other auras.
Antiquities trafficking
Antiquities trafficking has become a major issue of worldwide concern. Greek antiquities need to be protected and remain in Greece, where they were originally excavated.
