You give me light and wings

The European School Radio competition was the beginning of an endless journey!
Children of the 6th and 5th grade of the Primary School of Constandinoupoleos in Nicosia, Cyprus, inspired by the theme of the competition, wrote the lyrics and then music to a song. As the pandemic deprived them of travelling, the children “traveled” for the past two years through books. The book became a friend, an experience, a feeling, knowledge and power. Through the song entitled “You give me light and wings” the children describe the magical journeys through a book, the children open wings and are led to the Light!
