NEANIKES DIADROMES

This year, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Asia Minor Catastrophe, we are making a tribute to this tragic event in Greek history.

To that end, we present authentic testimonies of the people who suffered the woes of this catastrophe, as they have been recorded in Elli Papadimitriou’s work “Common Speech”.

We hope the students’ narrations evoke memories of homelands forever lost.
